Go to the movies
This year I
took a basic training course (EFB) that I really like. It's called the
Historical Audience Studies Workshop. This subject talks about the
experience of going to the cinema over the years was like, specifically from
1910 to 1970.
I like it a
lot because we talk about how cinema was once lived and what social and spatial
relations related to cinema were. In addition, the teachers who take the
subject are excellent teachers, who know how to explain and take you into the
subject in an entertaining way.
The final
work is about conducting an interview with a person who has attended film in
the past and asking him about topics such as space, experience, with whom He
went to the movies, among other subjects. I gave the interview my grandfather
who went to the cinema from a young age in Curicó. With this interview I was
able to know a lot about how cinemas in Curicó worked, as they were and
as my grandfather enjoyed this activity.
I hope
there will always be courses like these where teachers love what they teach and
encourage their students to learn.

I am very keen on taking this EFB. I think being able to went to the cinema when it came up, was an amazing experience!
